C6300 – AC1750 WiFi Cable Modem Router Wifi disappeared

Wifi Router C6300 – AC1750 WiFi Cable Modem Router Wifi disappeared.

After restart the modem router, Wifi can be found and worked for a while then it suddenly disappeared from the wifi list and not working.

Light on the front of modem said Wifi still working but it couldn't be find on any of devices.

    Have you tried to rename the network? or notice when the network goes away that a certain device is connecting to the network?

      I am frustrated with this issue. My both 2.4 & 5 wifi is getting dissapeared from all devises frequently.

      Router shows all lights on. But network is disconnected and disappeared from all devises such as Laptops, Google Home, Alexa, Cloud Cam etc.

      I tried reset modem/router but didn't help.

      If I restart Modem/Router it will connect properly.

      What is happening here? Any Solution?

      DarrenM To answer your question. I found a pattern like when ever I am turning my laptop (newly bought), this is happening, or if My laptop awake from sleep, this is happening. I am not confirming this but looks like there is a pattern, Need more testing.

      But what is a solution?

    I would make sure that laptop has the latest wireless drivers.
