C6300 5GHz band stops working

Question

Hi,for the second time in a few days my brand new modem/router stopped broadcasting on the 5GHz band.&nbsp;The SSID for the band is still broadcasted, I can connect, but if I inspect the connection it is on the 2.4GHz band.&nbsp;Turning the 5GHz band off and on doesn't help.Resetting the device doesn't help.&nbsp;Unplugging it and keeping the power button pressed for 60sec does the trick.&nbsp;Will be&nbsp;there a patch for this issue?&nbsp;My ISP is Xfinity.&nbsp;Thanks!

If the modem keeps doing this you may want to contact netgear support if your modem is still under warranty.

Question: are you saying that 5GHz Radio stops broadcasting and only way to get it back up turning off the modem and turning it back after 60s?&nbsp;If yes, please PM me.
