Yes, it was Brighthouse and then my account got switched to Spectrum once they were purchased.

There was a issue with spectrum billing system disabling the router mode on modems contact them and have them check all of the coding for your modem to make sure it was not disabled on there side.

This does seem to be the issue, unfortunately none of the 5 tech support people I have talked to have been able to fix this (the last guy spent an hour on it)
