C6300 Woes

First off, I am completely not satisfied with the level of support given for these devices or lack there of. I have had nothing but problems with the C6300 I own. It constantly drops wirless signal amongst other things. Last night it was working than poof NOTHING. I called Comcast and they said they sent several signals to the device and got no response. All lights are on, devices are connected via lan or wireless but there is no internet. Comcast said that bootstrap or something failed to load and that it was a defective unit and to contact Netgear. I have had this device well over a year and had it replaced prior to that. I cannot login into the admin panel via a wired device or a wireless device. I can access some websites if they were cached but new websites just won't load which was very odd to me. I am about to toss this thing out the window and run it over with my car!

WTH is going on with my device? Thanks.

"I cannot" is not a useful problem description.  It does not say
what you did.  It does not say what happened whan you did it.  As usual,
showing actual actions with their actual results (error messages, ...)
can be more helpful than vague descriptions or interpretations.

For example, are you trying to use the router's IP address or some
name like "routerlogin.net" (in some Web browser or other?)?

Again, there are many kinds of "won't load".  Which is this?

That sounds like a DNS problem.  That could be a problem with the
router, if you're using the router as your DNS server (which is the
usual way), but your (unspecified) device (with the Web browser) could
be configured to use some other DNS server.
