    The c6300 is a supported modem are you using the PC or phone app?

  • I've been having the same challenges for an extended time. I'm trying to access Genie via the phone app, which I used to be able to do.

      Have you made sure you are using the wifi connection when booting up the app?

  • Yes. The Genie app opens and shows me the functional tabs, but once I try to access any of them, the app kicks out as my router is not supported.

      Can you try and use the PC app to see if the same result happens or if its just the phone app.
