C6300BD Switching Internet Service Providers

Not sure the correct Model is attached, C6300BD AC1900 on front.   Switching from Cox to Comcast in the near future, looking for options to use the same hardware as nothing is wrong with it.   ...

Have you checked with the new ISP if the modem works?

    Comcast/Xfinity rep refused to answer, stating it may or may not work.
