C6300V2 I cant connect my printer or camara to the router because they use 2.4ghz

Hello!

 

My router doesnt let me connect my printer or camara to the computer using  wifi, I can use the 2.4ghz. How can I separed the 5g from it?

      How do I do it? I press the two bottoms and nothing happen besides stop the internet.

        You'll need to log into the modems web page and under Basic Tab/Wireless the may be a feature option for Smart Connect check box. Uncheck this box then you can configure the WiFi for separate SSID between 2.4 and 5Ghz.

    Do the printers and camera connect to wifi? 

    Many devices are single band and won't connect to both bands

    Or if they do, need certain settings like the computer to ensure its set to private network and not public network for device discovery. 

    A little better explanation of what error you're getting would be beneficial
