C7000 INTERNET SETUP ISSUE

Hello,

 

I recently purchased the nighthawk modem and I am at wits end trying to configure it for internet.

 

When I login to the modem using the browser, this is what I see

I see no firmware version or language select, internet setup settings are not applying

I cannot even analyse the issue as the router status report looks like this

    Hello ethagana

     

    Make sure no pop up blocker or security software is causing the issue also have you tried other web browsers?

      Hi Darren,

       

      I have tried to access the device using a computer on windows 7 and am able to access the complete interface.

       

      However the feature for accessing the 'Gateway MAC address' seems to have disappeared as shown below

      Yet it was there as shown below

      Anyidea on how I can get access to this feature?

        Hello ethangana 

         

        After you set up the modem did the firmware version change this may be why that option is missing.
