c7800 drops zoom calls

Hello!

Hoping someone knows the answer to this - we recently upgraded our modem to the c7800 - it's great for xbox games but when I do a zoom call almost without fail I get dropped. Any ideas??

        does it happen if you're hardwired in? 

        what speeds upload do you pay for? 

        when you're dropped, does everyone elses picture look fine? and do others reports anything about your video?

    Try asking in the right section for your device. The c7800 is not one of Neatgear's Mobile Routers, Hotspots & Modems.

    In the meantime you could visit the support pages:

    Support | NETGEAR

    Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware. Look at the label on the device for the model number.

    You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.

    I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.
