C7800 Lan Port stopped working

My C7800 LAN Ports just stopped working 3 days ago and I have been trying to troubleshoot it since then.

 

I am using the LAN to connect to my NVR as well as my desktop PC, but none of them are able to connect to it now and there is no LED blinking on the router itself.

 

What I have done:

1. I have rebooted the router a couple of times.

2. I have replaced my LAN cable, but I do not think this is an issue as it has been running well for the past 7 months.

3. Rebooted PC/NVR together with the router, but nothing as well.

4. Tried to connect my laptop to using another LAN port with a different cable.

5. Firmware is up to date

 

What else can I do to troubleshoot? Looking forward to get some help from the community.

    does it work over wireless? 

    What are all the led's doing? 

    Is your ISp able to ping/see the C7800?

      Wifi works perfectly in both 2.4GHz and 5GHz band.
      The LEDs on the router usually blink when there is a tranmission of data. The ones on wifi is working, but there is no LED light on the LAN ports. It used to have before that to show that LAN is working and connected

        Do any of the ports work? 

        Have you tried a different device and cables? 
        I know you said cables but its worth a shot. 

        Have you tried a factory reset?
