C7800 Nighthawk Good upload speed but very low downloads speeds
Hi,
I bought a C7800 Nighthawk Cable Modem Router in last Sept 2020 and 5 months now having issues with download speed dropping to nearly zero. Restarting router throughNetgear Genie sometimes solves the issue temporarily for sometimes a few hours or a day or so. The firmware is controlled through the ISP Xfinity and is to the version v 3.01.43. Anything I can do?

do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page and the logs?
those help us check the line.
If you have any splitters, amplifiers, or attenuators in line, i'd recommend removing them. Check the link for kinks, damage, loose/old/bad/cheap/corroded connections.
