Cable Modem CM700 T3 and T4 Errors in logs.

So I've been having continuing internet problems over the past month, where overtime when I'm playing a video game or watching something online, it will literally become unplayable or watchable because the internet basically cuts out. What is kind of odd is the problem goes away if I don't go on the internet for awhile, then it's like I have a set amount of time I can get on the internet till it goes out again. I bought a brand new modem (CM700) and brand new router to try and fix the problem, along with several Cox technicians come and literally rewire everything to try and fix the problem. Obviously none of those solutions have fixed it and now I'm here trying to reach out to more support. I hate to think that my modem is the problem, considering I've spent 100+ dollars on a brand new one, and everytime I've talked to Cox support, they've blamed it on my modem's "return status". I checked on my modem's log to see it's littered with critical errors and warnings repeated over and over again.

TLV-11 - unrecognized OID (11)

SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Loss of Sync (15+)

No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out (12+) - seems to follow the SYNC timing error

MIMO Event MIMO: Stored MIMO=-1 post cfg file MIMO=-1 (3+)

Lost MDD Timeout (1)

Hell of a lot of errors that I don't really understand. I tried reading up on them, but I don't really see the reason they're being caused. I need to know this to know if my modem is the problem, ISP, or cables or whatever is causing it.

I have pinged to google 15 times during one of the internet's "episodes" and came back with 50% packet loss. Don't have to be smart to know somethings definitely wrong.

Also to note, this set of errors are logged from June 2-4

LET ME KNOW IF YOU NEED ANYMORE INFORMATION OR TESTS, I WILL GLADLY TRY TO GIVE YOU THEM.
