cable modem router intermittent and partial mode issue

I am using this modem/router for long time around 4 years. My ISP: RCN. I called them and asked why I'm facing slow internet speed? RCN replied: "We see some partial mode issue in your channels and intermittent issue occured last month, so you've to contact netgear to fix this issue. Before I'm posting here, I googled and tried this troubleshooting steps: "turned off all devices which connected to this router and power cycled router". Still, I am facing the same issue: "I won't say very slow, but the internet is real slow to load my videos in YouTube". On top of this, me and my room mate both use VPN connection, do you think because of this also we might facing this issue? We connected 5 devices this router: 2 laptop's, 2 mobile phones, 1 TV

Do you have a screen snip of your cable connections page and your logs? thats key to checking the signal.

Take a snip of those and post it back here.

You have a lot of errors in your line.

If you have any splitters, amplifers, attenuators in line, remove them. prefereably move the modem to right where the coax enters the home. check the cable for kinks, damage, corrosion, bad/cheap connectors, etc.

If that doesn't help, the isp needs to check the line.
