Cable Modem will not load a config file

My venerable C6300 is connected to Suddenlink in Abilene, TX.  I am supposed to have 400 Mbps service, but it has been down for 10 days.  I have had all sorts of issues with Suddenlink's lack of customer service, for they cannot pour water out of a boot if the instructions were written on the heel.

The issue is that the modem will not pull a config file.  The Event Log has this entry:

 

             MIMO Event MIMO: Stored MIMO=-1 post cfg file MIMO=-1

 

Whatever that is is blocking the config file from loading.  How do I turn that off?  The modem is pulling an IPv4 address and I can ping and traceroute works, so i know it is online.  Please help!!

    do you have a screen snip of the full log and the cable connections page? 

    That's helps more than just 1 item from it. 

    Also, if you have any splitters, amplifiers, attenautors in the coax line, I'd remove them.

      Here is the whole event log.  As you can see, there are T3 errors, but not enough to kill it.  I will have to get the cable diagnostics when I get back home, but the levels are in spec when there is a 2-way splitter between the modem and the wall.  On a straight coax connection, the levels on all 16 downstream channels are around +8.5dBmV--high but not lethal.  With the 2-way, the are all around 5.0 dBmV.  I do have a maintenance tech scheduled to check the levels at the tap, and he is going to have to go to the closest trunk amp and dial it down a bit.
