Can’t access my WD My Book World network hard drive via my Netgear D6300 Router
Bought the new C6300 but network drive is no longer visible. I plugged it into the ethernet connection on back of modem/router but my computerWD software can not see it. I have not been able to figur...
It is showing up on the modem as connected but I can't access it from any electronic device. I have disabled my firewalls on each device thinking that was the problem but it still will not locate it. At this point I am at a loss on what to do. I have reset the settings on the modem thinking that it had some internal firewall or something and I still get the same result.
