Can the CM500 be used for Verizon Fios Service

Question

Quick question for everyone out there. &nbsp;Does anyone know if the&nbsp;CM500 can be used for Verizion Fios internet service? &nbsp;I am getting the service turned on soon and I don't want to buy another modem if I don't have to. &nbsp;The service is going to be 150 MB dedicated service. &nbsp;I know the modem will support the speed, I just don't know if it will support the service. &nbsp;Thanks in advance for responses.

No the Cm500 only supports cable connections I believe you will have to use verizons provided modem.

DarrenM,&nbsp;Thanks for the reply. &nbsp;I honestly forgot that I had posted this or I would have updated. &nbsp;I spoke to Verizion and this model will infact work just fine. &nbsp;I'll keep this updated in the event that something happens and this turns out to be untrue. &nbsp;I should fine out tomorrow.
