Can the CM500 be used for Verizon Fios Service

Quick question for everyone out there.  Does anyone know if the CM500 can be used for Verizion Fios internet service?  I am getting the service turned on soon and I don't want to buy another modem if I don't have to.  The service is going to be 150 MB dedicated service.  I know the modem will support the speed, I just don't know if it will support the service.  Thanks in advance for responses.

    No the Cm500 only supports cable connections I believe you will have to use verizons provided modem.

      Thanks for the reply.  I honestly forgot that I had posted this or I would have updated.  I spoke to Verizion and this model will infact work just fine.  I'll keep this updated in the event that something happens and this turns out to be untrue.  I should fine out tomorrow.
