Can't connect my Google home mini to Nighthawk C7000v2
Just purchased a Netgear C7000v2 cable modem and can't get it to communicate with my Home Google mini.
I've tried resetting modem and the mini home device. I've confirmed that Access Control is disabled. I've followed all of the steps in Google troubleshooting articles and I've worked with both Netgear and Google support to no avail. Any other suggestions/ideas. Thanks
Thanks for your reply, but I had already tried that and it didn't work either.

When you installed the C7000, did you use the same ssid/password as the one you had prior? I swap out router/combo devices constantly and when I use the same ssid/password, they've all auto-reconnected. and i have several google mini's.

Hi, thanks for your response. I was using a leased modem, so I purchased this one and I'm using the ssid and password associated with this one. I don't remember my old ssid.

did you try removing the google mini from the "home" setup?

or factory resetting it ?
