can't login to my router!
Hi all,
i have been unable to login to my router since a couple weeks after i got it, which was 6 months ago!
So i cannot change any settings or anything! (eg. disable my bonjour, change security settings...etc)
back then, i changed my password, and maybe i accidentally mistyped a key(???), but i cannot figure out what they are demanding that i must type as password to login!
should i return it for a new router, or what?
Thanks!

If you truly forgot the password, then you can reset the router to factory settings. Push and hold in the physical reset button for about 8 to 10 seconds until all of the lights flash on and off. Then proceed to set it up as if it were brand new.

Hi,
thanks for your answer!
Unfortunately, i tried this and it did not work.
I even had another friend come over and try it again, but still it did nothing!
What can i do, is it a faulty button on my device?
If so, it is past the 30 day warranty period, so there would be no way to return it for a new one?
Thanks!
