CAx30 modem not broadcasting wifi
My AX2700 was working fine until rolling power outages a few days ago. Internet never came back up and I tried several restarts. As a last resort I plugged in an old Netgear modem and router and those came up and conected in Xfinity app just fine. However, the speed of the old one is limited and not as good as the AX2700.
Comcast came out today, the signal to the modem is strong, line from the box to the house and inside to the modem is all good and strong. He says the AX2700 isn't taking the signal from the modem and broadcasting to the wifi. So it seems like everything dies there. The wifi network doesn't show up on any device anymore.

Do the LED indicators show the Wi-Fi radios transmitting a signal?
Did you accidentally turn off the Wi-Fi radios with the front panel switch?
See attached snip from the manual.

The wifi light was lit solid white. We did cycle it off/on but no change in the status.

Try pressing the Reset button in back for 10 seconds then release and walk thru the setup wizrard. Let us know if this gets the wifi radios going.

Be aware the reset button wipes out all of your settings and you have to reconfigure the device from scratch. Thus the need to walk through the setup wizard.
The reset button will not change the state of the external Wi-Fi radio on/off button.

The comcast tech also completed a factory reset so I believe that step is accounted for without any change in the wifi availability.
Current Status: Xfinity --> AX2700 then it breaks there and no wireless network comes up despite solid lights on the modem/router.
Thanks guys
