Nov 01, 2021CAX80 ethernet to Wink2 hub
Greetings,
AX6000 (CAX80) will not connect to the Wink2 Hub using an ethernet cable, it works fine in wifi mode. I lose the connection when I plug an ethernet cable into the hub and then into the cable modem, I have tried different cables and different ports all unsuccessfully. I have contacted Wink about this situation without a solution. If anyone can offer any help I would appreciate it. Thanks, Lou F.

I would contact the Mfr of the Wink hub device and ask for help and information regarding there product.

I contacted Wink several times without a solution to my problem, they are not the easiest tech support to work with (email only and not very quick with answers). Lou F.
