CAX80 randomly turns off Wi-Fi

I have been having an issue for the last few days. The AX6000 WiFi Cable Modem Router (CAX80) randomly turns off wifi capability. I generally find out it is off when my phone is on 5G, or I can't connect to services with my TV.

 

I haven't changed any settings in many months prior to this occurring. Sometimes, it will come back on through a power cycle. Sometimes, it will come back on by manually pressing the wifi button. Sometimes, it will come back on through a reboot command.

 

My wired connections are solid; they haven't gone down during these incidents. I have searched through the setting and googled for hours, but nothing matching this issue has arisen in that time.

 

Has anyone else seen this or know of a solution? THANKS!

    Does the front WiFi LEDs on the panel turn OFF when this happens?

     

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?

    What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
    Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?

     

    Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed? A complete pull of the power adapters for a period of time after the factory reset then walk thru the setup wizard and setup from scratch with a wired PC and web browser. https://kb.netgear.com/22697/How-do-I-install-my-NETGEAR-router-using-the-router-web-interface
    Recommend setting the default DHCP IP address pool range to the following after applying and a factory reset: 192.168.#.100 to 192.168.#.200.

    I would power OFF the ISP modem for 1 minute. Factory reset the router and power it off. Power ON the ISP modem and let it sync. Then power ON the router and walk thru the setup wizard again using a wired PC and a web browser.
