Not a very detailed description of anything.  Does it have a maker
    and model number?

    > [...] I've been trying to create a new IP and Port [...]

How, exactly?  What does that mean to you?

    > [...] but when i go to www.canyouseeme.org it doesn't find it.

"it doesn't find" _what_, exactly?  As usual, showing actual actions
with their actual results (error messages, LED indicators, ...) can be
more helpful than vague descriptions or interpretations.

       "the firewall"?  Which "the firewall"?

    > i have the version 2 of Netgear as well.;

Eh?  Do you mean that your CG3000 is a CG3000v2?

Please, just describe what you're doing and what happens when you do
it.  Don't try to explain what it all means ("doesn't find", "the
firewall", "version 2 of Netgear", ...).

How do you access this (unspecified) "DVR camera system" from a
system on your LAN?  Web browser?  (URL?)  App?  Other?

  • The www.canyouseeme.org will display the ISP public IP address not local IP address assign by the Cable modem/router.

Once you connect the 4 DVR wired to your network, the CG3000 will assign a Private IP (192.168.0.x). You need to access your cable modem/router configuration page and check the attached devices to view the  dynamic address assigment of each DVR camera systems.

Another way, install an IP scanner to detect all devices connected to your network. This will help you to find the Ip address assignment for each devices.

If you need to access DVR locally, find the private IP address 192.168.0.x.

If you need to access remotely, port forwarding is must.
