CG3000 won't let me access Wireless settings

Using an Optus supplied Netgear CG3000 modem and I am wanting to change my wifi password.

When I go into the Wireless settings, I only see top half of options;

Wireless connection (blank) Manual (passphrase) Wifi Protected Setup (WPS)

Name (SSID)

802.11 Mode

Bandwidth

Sideband for control

Control Channel

APPLY button

I don't have secuirty options as showing in the guide ( https://kb.netgear.com/24368/How-to-change-my-wireless-name-and-password-Optus-CG3000)

I want to change the actual wifi password - I need to stop a housemate connecting to my modem so want to change the code.

Please help?

    Hello Polly1308

    Have you tried to use another web browser?

  • Hi Darren
    Thanks yes, I tried Safari, Firefox, chrome and IE no success. In the end i called Optus ( my ISP) and after several calls, and supervisors involvement, I just reset the modem to factory settings and started afresh! It's now working perfectly.

    Thanks for your response :)
