Climbing uncorrectables cAnnot pinpoint problem....
So long story short cables have been replaced. “ spectrums claimed to run a new drop cable... every time a tech comes out he says signals are good and everything checks out fine on his meter. No splitters on the line... -10db forward path attenuator to reduce hot power signal, any input would be great as if I should be using a equalizer because signal is to flat?

Has a reset on the modem been performed.
IF this doesn't seem to correct it, possible the modem may need to be replaced.
- Asjb123TutorThat was taken 30mins after a hard reset. . And this modem was replacement due to the tech taking a shot in the dark just because I’m not using there spectrum modem.
And it’s weird because there’s no errors in log except for one cm status event type code 24.. also speeds haven’t been an issue. . Just intermittent lag while gaming...or streaming other than that you wouldn’t notice it.- FURRYe38Guru - Experienced User
