CM1000 Connectivity Issues - Dynamic Range Window Violation

My internet keeps dropping periodically for a few seconds at at time. My log shows a "Dynamic Range Window Violation" happening every three minutes, roughly. 

 

This is very annoying, and I haven't been able to track down a solution online. Please help.

    pls post full event log and power table.

    Also list ISP info

      Here is the event log. I'm an RCN customer with 330 mbps internet. Below the event log is the power table.

        you upstream is really bad. one of the channel is 58dBmV. Need to fix line issue first.
