    Make sure there are no coax cable line splitters between the ISP service box and the modem. 

    Contact the ISP have have them ensure the signal and quality is good up to the modem.

     

    Swap LAN cables when testing directly to the modem with a wired PC. 


    If the modem has been working fine up to a certain point then it doesn't, I presume this would be a ISP service line issue.
