Cm1000v2 constant error codes and dropping internet!
I have a cm1000v2 with constant error codes and internet issues..... wondering if I could get some help! I've contacted my isp daily for a year now, my internet and my neighbor's internet goes out simultaneously every day at least 5 times a day. I keep telling them it's either my node or tap and they always say I can't get someone to fix it without proof but every time they come to my house internet doesn't go out then once they leave it does. So I was wondering how can I get that proof from the modem itself without them. here are my logs when it goes out.

Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status page. Specifically the download section please.
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
What is the brand and model of the host wifi router connected to the modem?I see lots of Criticals and correct and uncorrectables on the uplink section that the ISP needs to look into.
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute then back ON.

You have lots of correct and un-correctables that should be zeros. Need to check coax cable lines, fittings and remove any splitters.
Have the ISP help you with this if needed.
Follow the posted suggestions.
Can post the Events Log page as well. If you see lots of Criticals or Errors there, the ISP needs to review that and help resolve those.
