CM1100 - Intermittent Issues with Xfinity
I bought this modem from Costco a little more than a month ago. After some initial trouble getting it provisioned correctly, including a tech visit, it started working. It's been a little more than a month since then and for about 4 days now the internet (not the wifi) cuts in and restores within 10-15 minutes. This is happening every 20-30 minutes. The issue seems to be only happening during the day. Evening/night is doesn't seem to occur (though I can't say this with 100% confidence since I'm not connected as long).
Comcast is now sending another tech out. Here's what I've tried
1. Unplugging modem
2. Resetting modem through the access interface
3. Factory resetting modem
4. Verifying firmware is up-to-date (see screenshot)
5. Spending a couple hours with Xfinity tech support who have sent several signals since then (Sometimes they can't connect to the modem). They claim it's the modem but are sending a tech anyways.
Some theories:
1. The modem is indeed bad and needs to be replaced. Can't imagine that would happen so soon
2. The gig speed plan I'm on is too much for the modem to handle (I can't find any evidence that this is a thing)
I work from home and this is causing massive disruptions - any suggestions?
Your logs on indicate line issues. Its showing power fluctuations. Pretty significant ones.

do you have a copy of the cable connections page (click on the internet icon on the page you attached) and the event logs?
That helps check the line.
Start with removing any amplifiers, signal attenuators, or splitters from the coax.
From there check the line for kinks, damage, moisture in the line.
Check the connectors for improperly made ends, foil touching the copper coax line, bad/old/cheap connectors, or corroded connections. Replace them if you do.
If you can, simply connect the modem right where the coax comes into the home. This prevents wiring in the home from being the issue. And some ISP’s charge if the wiring issue is in the home. So this helps prevent this.
