CM1150V Modem/eMTA on Spectrum - any recent provisioning experience (2020)?

I'm looking at a CM1150V that I will eventually use on Comcast.  Until then, I am on a "legacied" Spectrum (old Time-Warner as opposed to Charter) system.

My question is... although the CM1150V is not official "approved" (as of August 2020), has anyone succeeded in provisioning the eMTA component for VoIP on Spectrum?  (The last posts regarding this were a year ago in September 2019, hence the "re-ask".)

In the past, I have occasionally sweet-talked ("escalated") my way up to a US-based Level 2 or 3 eMTA/VoIP provisioner who out of the goodness of their hearts (and a tug on the heart-strings) made things like this happen by having *all* the MAC's (like all 3) avaiable along with the Model and Serial number.
