Model wouldn't let me select CM2000, unsure why but to the story.... I purchased a CM2000 back in December and started having issues with it in February, after ISP came out and checked the line the only way I could get my internet to work was by using different modems. Downstream voltages were ~7 and below and Upstream 34-35. Internet would constantly drop out every 3-5 minutes. Eventually Netgear put me in the RMA process and my unit was replaced with a certified remanufactured unit, only the unit was replaced not power adapters etc. I attempted to activate the unit myself and through Xfinity support but they are unable to see the unit online. Again, my other modem still works just fine. I'm not sure where to go from here, any advice would be greatly appreciated. I can come up with some event logs if that would help?

The power levels on the up are a bit high. https://kb.netgear.com/24311/Power-level-guidelines-for-a-NETGEAR-cable-modem-router?article=24311 There a some criticals seen in the event logs that the ISP should look into. https://highspeed.tips/docsis-events/ https://www.duckware.com/tech/solving-intermittent-cable-modem-issues.html If the ISP can't seem to get the modem online, you might need to rent one of there for short term use to see if there's connects. downstream power levels are fine. upstream is low but that could be the OP is closer to the hub. Plus hard to read because the uptime is only showing 54 minutes and its formatted poorly. Use the modem for a while. Then get the logs/cable connections page. that'll show if theres issues on specific channels/logs.
