CM2050V-speed capped at 50Mb download in a 500Mb plan

Who's your ISP? I'm wondering if you have it backwards as xfinity's upload max for their next gen devices (which the cm2050v isn't sadly) is 300mbps (usually hits 350mbps). So I'm wondering if you have it backwards.  

The CM series is a modem, not a router.

 

Which ISP is the modem connected with? 

 

What FW is installed ON the modem? 

What brand and model host wifi router is connected to the CM Modem? 

 

What speeds do you see if ethernet connected directly to the back of the CM modem with a ethernet connected PC? 

 

Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status and event log page.
