Cm400 not passing internet signal through to r6120 router

Question

wasI am losing my inter net signal connection from my Cm400 modem when I connect to my R6120 router. If I directly connect my PC into the modem there is no issue, but when I put the wireless router in the mix, the LAN indicator on the modem trurns off and I have no internet signal passing to the router. I have tried several cables that I am sure work.&nbsp;

can you post your power levels of the modem to make sure its not a issue with the ISP connection.

ive had the ISP check the connection into and back from the modem when I have a direct lan connection to the pc. The connection is good according to them, l'm not sure how to measure the power directly my self?

you would need to log into the modem by going to 192.168.100.1 login with admin/password and there you can access the power levels and screen shot it.

I hope these screenshots are what you are looking for.
I still have no issue running the ethernet lien from the PC into the modem.&nbsp; PC has good internet access. When I switch the ethernet cable from the PC to the Router the ethernet light on the modem goes dark. I've done a factory reset, tried different ethernet cables and different routers.&nbsp;

levels look fine how about when you have a router connected does it get a IP address at all from the modem? also what router brands are you using?
