CM500 losing internet connection and upload/download amber
Hi there,
My CM500 intermitantly loses internet connection quite often (Sometimes 5+ a day, sometimes for up to 4+ hours before it decides to work again) . The upload and download will go amber, and then the internet light goes off completely. My old modem did not have this issue, and cox has already done a service call to my apartment to confirm that their lines are good. Netgear suggested using a power outlet instead of strip, but that didn't help either. The firmware is good. I've tried factory reset, and that did nothing. Thanks!

I see alot of T3 timeouts this suggests it could be a line issue with the ISP I would have them send out a tech and check the lines inside and outside the home.

- Starrman03AspirantUnfortunately I have. When they came out they tested the line and said everything was good. The problem is intermittent, so I'm wondering if that's why they didn't find anything.

also, your Upstream power very high. If you additional splitter, please remove check the connections.
You need upstream powers to be around mid-40s and yours is above 50.
