CM500 Modem drops internet connection , then reconnects eventually
The attachments are from the other day when it dropped last

check your line for signal attenuators, splitters, amplifiers.
Remove them if you do.
Also, check the cable for kinks, damage, poor/old/loose/corroded connectors.
You have errors in your line and the logs having connection errors.
