CM500 Modem keeps dropping internet
In the past few days, my internet keeps dropping, and I have to turn off/on my modem multiple times throughout the day. Sometimes it will fix itself within a few minutes. Some recent changes are that I changed my router to a Netgear Nighthawk X6 and also recently added more devices (Ring alarm systems). On one occasion, there was a red power light indicating overheating, so I kept the router off for a longer period of time and trying to keep it in an area where it can stay cool. This is not always what is happening though.
I attached a photo of the log file (not sure why the dates are odd for some of the errors). Not sure about the best way to troubleshoot this problem or if this log gives an indication. Thank you!

One more detail I forgot to mention. With my new router there seems to be a problem where sometimes the internet seems to drop for less than a second and then go back to normal (I assumed this was more of a router problem). Not sure if this helps direct what may be going on

Your logs are indicating line issues.
Do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page?
Start with removing any amplifiers, signal attenuators, or splitters from the coax.
From there check the line for kinks, damage, moisture in the line.
Check the connectors for improperly made ends, foil touching the copper coax line, bad/old/cheap connectors, or corroded connections. Replace them if you do.
If you can, simply connect the modem right where the coax comes into the home. This prevents wiring in the home from being the issue. And some ISP’s charge if the wiring issue is in the home. So this helps prevent this.- oldmunkaymanAspirant

Between the errors you have and the logs, you have a line issue.
Check the line like I'd advised before and try it. If that doesn't help, then the ISP needs to check the line.
