Cm700 ethernet disconnected but internet still connected

Hi,

My cable modem (cm700) ethernet sometimes disconnects, where the bottom ethernet LED goes completely out, and the router it's connected to loses signal. The rest of the lights stay on for the modem, and connecting the modem straight to a computer still provides internet.

What I've tried :
- Soft and hard reset of both the modem and router
- brand new router
- brand new cat6 cable connecting the modem and router
- had a comcast tech come and check/replace all connections outside the house

... Feeling like I'm running out of options now. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page and the logs from the modem?

Do you have the modem directly connected to where the coax line enters the home?

Any splitters, attenuators, or amplifiers in line?

I have attached a screen snip of the modem page. I have it connected with coax, and outside there are no splitters or amplifiers, but there is a coax to coax adapter outside installed by Comcast.

        How frequently is it happening?

If its happening often enough, you could hardwire a pc/laptop into the modem and run it for that period of time. If the computer drops/has issues, then its the modem. Your signal looks good.

Do you also have the logs? the signal page is just a brief glimpse.
