Comcast Activation of Gig Service on CM1000

I have just had comcast install the cable and attach it to the modem.  The connection seems good.  I can see the modem through the browser, but can’t connect to the internet to activate the service.  I have rebooted the modem a number of times and done a factory reset...still nothing.  It has the latest .15 firmware.

    Have you tried another web browser to complete the activation with comcast?

      Yes, it was a Comcast problem not my equipment. They needed to upgrade their equipment to handle 3.1
