Connection issues

Hi,

I recently moved from Georgia to Florida and transferred my Xfinity service. My Nighthawk C7000-100NAS modem worked fine prior to the move, but when I tried to connect to it in Florida, the signal was fine to the modem but none of the networks I created when I originally sent it up. I tried to reset it but no luck.

Any thoughts on what I can do?

Thanks.

Not sure I follow that bit. What networks were these?

What did you actually do there? A factory reset?

Have you confirmed that the C7000 is compatible with your new Internet service?

You have posted your message in the section of this community given over to Nighthawk WiFi Routers. (This is easily done, given Netgear's impenetrable community structure.)

You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers about your hardware, in the appropriate section for your device. That's probably here:
