Connectivity Issues CM1000

I have had the CM1000 paired with the Asus RT-Ac3100 since last September. Starting about last week I have had connectivity issues that I have never experienced before. I had the blast tier from Comcast usually doing 250 mbps now have their 1 gigabit plan. Anyways for the past week I have been getting drop outs almost everyday and the only way to temporary fix it is to unplug it and then plug it back in to get it running again. Comcast basically started saying it is my router because on their end everything is working as it should. I pulled up the log and I should have taken a picture of it but it was saying something was up from my understanding. I will try to post it tonighg or tomorrow morning but has anyone ever experiecend something like this? What has me confused is why now when it has worked flawlessly before this past week. In the meantime I did move the modem to another part of the house which has newer cable and seeing if that helps.

Please post the DOCSIS connection table and DOCSIS Event logs.

you might want to test with Modem only to see if the problem happens modem only.

I will once I get home tonight but I was testing it with the modem only and it would give me the same issue. Basically while I was troubleshooting the internet would go down so I would again have to unplug and replug it in to be able to get back online.

I am hard wired directly to the modem and just got home and while using my devices the modem went AGAIN. If it is a defect I want it replaced asap. Also I have the gigabit service from Comcast but doing tests right now I am only getting about 600 mbps. I need a solution asap.

So any idea? You never helped me out. My connection has been more stable as far as not disconnecting goes but it isn’t giving me the full 1GB speeds
