Customize Guest login for C7000

I would like to create a login page for the guest side of the C7000 cable modem/router , Firmware Version V1.01.15.

. Its out of the box functionality is to serve the 'guest' if that guest knows the login password. I would like to be able to have the 'guest' be directed to a login page and enter their billing info.

To make it simpler, I want to be able to bill guests. I can do the web pages and appropriate apps needed, however there is no way to get a client to said page. The current status for netgear is they have to login or be granted open access to the guest side of the wireless connection.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I believe Netgear's Home based products do not support customized guest login.  You need to head over to their business class products to get that kind of functionality.  Look for Guest Captive Portal (link).
