Down arrow light blinking c6220

We just moved and switched from spectrum to cox, I plugged in the c6220 and the down arrow is blinking green. Cox says that all is well on their end and to contact Netgear. The 5 and 2.5GHz lights are solid green, power light is solid and the one to the right of power is solid but all others are dark.
Have reset it multiple times. Any help? Thank you

Log into the device and pull up the cable connection page. Take a screensnip of it.

Also get a screen snip of your logs.

Was cox able to provision the modem? I'd contact them and have them re-provision it.

      Thank you for responding.
Do I pull the log in info off a computer? Will have to locate a laptop in one of the moving boxes if that’s the case.
Cox said that it was not responding to attempts to connect.

Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
