Have to reset modem a lot. Modem problem or ISP problem?

    What prompts you to reset the modem?

     

    And what do you mean by "reset"? On/off or (pin in the back) factory reset?

      Unplug power, wait couple minutes, and plug it back it. This will correct problem (no internet)

        Sorry, but another question, when you say "no internet", do you mean that the wifi goes off, or stuff wired to the router?

         

        What do the lights on the thing look like when this happens?
