There is no setting in Netgear routers that can do exactly what you are looking for.

Is there no Netgear router that has a user configurable QoS at all?

    Hello jsiria100

     

    Yes Nighthawk routers do have Qos not our cable modems but Qos can not set bandwidth caps on individual devices.
