I have wifi but dont?
Our power went out last night for three hours and since the wifi came back on and I am on my laptop but my TVs and phone no longer work even though I have reconnected them. I also can not access specific platforms like Zoom on my laptop.
I have unplugged the router and let it reboot several times but no luck. Not sure what is going on because again I have limited internet on my laptop.
Also, the netgear login keeps popping up on my phone and labtop and that never happened before. the router:
CAX80 — Nighthawk 8-Stream WiFi 6 Cable Modem Router
Any advise?

Thank you for reaching out. We are sorry to hear about your experience with the modem. Aside from your laptop with limited access, do you have other devices that have limited internet access? Are there any devices wired to the modem? If yes, does it have the same issue with the laptop?
Please try to access the configuration page of the modem and manually upload the latest firmware.

1. what actual firmware version are you on?
2. does it impact wired devices as well as wireless?
3. have you tried a simple factory reset and reinstall? Maybe something is corrupt in the settings from the power outage.
4. If the reset doesn't help, do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page and the event logs?
