I plugged everything in, downloaded app., connected on my phone and it still tells me I have no internet connection, don't know if issue is with cable or Orbi but my Motorola wifi works with no issue...I'm ready to return this system if I can't get support and apparently you can't email or call net gear??

is, or what's connected to what, how.

Which "app"? Probably unnecessary; a web browser may be all you
need.

"Orbi" is not a model number. What, exactly, is your "my Motorola

I see no reason to believe that any other gizmo would do any better.- klw0511AspirantI hooked up my Orbi to my modem and downloaded the app on my iPhone per the instructions. The set up appeared to go well and I showed the connection in my wifi but when I tried to access the internet I was told there was no connection. It's model AC2200 and there's no need to reply like I'm an idiot cause I'm not
