Its a little crazy with spectrum with it being 3 ISPs under one name now so it could take some time for them to update everything so you could be on a older firmware.

This is a very good point. When it was Time Warner by itself, they seemed to be more on top of it. Is the site I provided correct do you think? Is firmware 1.01.19 the correct version that it should be on once Spectrum gets a better handle on it?
correct some parts of spectrum has that version but others may not yet.
