Modem won't connect to Roku

Question

My Roku box (latest model) won't connect to my network. My Roku is plugged in using ethernet (my modem has no wifi) and it still does not connect. Roku shows my IP as .0.0.0.0. so there is something wrong. I belive it has to do with some DNS settings on my modem? I've been tring to fix this for days.

What needs to be changed on my modem settings to get this to work? Thank you.
