N450: lack of gateway options

TL;DR: My NETGEAR Gateway AND Genie do not give me the option to access my wireless settings.

I recently went through a long process of getting my router/modem connected to Spectrum. I have internet connection, but when I try to access the NETGEAR Gateway, the default IP doesn't work. 192.168.0.1  I have to use the IP that came with Spectrum's cable modem. 192.168.100.1  Upon initial installation, the prior IP brought me to NETGEAR Gateway and I had access to all my options. The later brought me to Spectrum's gateway. After a few hours of customer service, I am no longer using their modem for internet. I am using my N450, but entering 192.168.0.1 does not bring me to NG Gateway. I have to enter 192.168.100.1, which now brings me to NG Gateway. Since that change, the only tab I can see is "Cable Connection" and NG Genie wont open a gateway so I can change settings.

Sorry if this is confusing. It hurts my head trying to put it into words.

Thanks in advance!

Please paste screenshots and logs from the device?

If spectrum, changed your device to BRIDGE mode, please let us know. Keep the device as-is and let us know.

They may have changed it to bridge mode. The woman I talked with had mentioned that. I'm contemplating getting just a router and reactivating their modem. She made it seem as though all I had to do was plug it in and go.

Spectrum will do all these tactics to force you into leasing their modem and WIFI router.

Can you call them to re-activate your WIFI on your N450 device?

what FW you have running on your device?
