Netgear c3000 slow internet wifi
Hi;
I have a problem with my Netgear C3000, I have a Comcast Internet speed up to 75 MB but when I test the Internet conection the max Interntet I get is 30 MB (wired), I restarted the modem, unplug the coaxial cable but the behavior still the same, the firmware is the last version and Comcast doesn't give support for the router, some idea?
Thanks.

Hello Freddgo
Do you have a cable splitter connected to the modem if so try removing it and connect straight to the wall and then try a speed test.

Hello,
No, no splitter. Cable is directly connected from Wall to router/modem combo. N300 gives 25mbps wirelessly right next to modem, but only 1-5 3rd level up.

Hello chmelcher52384
I would check with your ISP again see if they can check your lines make sure something is not wrong with the signal. But if it is the modem itself that may be defective then I would suggest contacting Netgear support if the modem is still under warranty.
