Netgear C7000v2 All LAN Links down, only one can be active

Hi All

So recently I ran into some issues with my C7000v2. Only one LAN Link (in the back of the router) can be active at a time. All cables will work, as I have tried several, but only one can be used, which is the cable I am running via powerline adapter to my laptop. My Playstation 4 or Xbox One will not connect via Ethernet. On the Internet Port page in the Genie the image attached is what will show.

As an example, if a cable is run to my playstation, it will work, but another cable run at the same time to my PC will not work.

I have no idea what the issue is, I have power cycled, factory reset, run a cable loop that showed both lights on, everything I know to do. Any help?

Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation.  Get the User Manual.  Read.  Look for "Router Mode",
as in: ADVANCED > Administration > Router Mode.

         You want "Yes".
